The Auld Alliance
The adventure of The Auld Alliance started with a bar, which became one of the most famous whisky bars in the world. We can welcome up to 60 guests and we have over 1,500 references.
We have a strong “support base” in Japan, HongKong, China and in Europe, and have regularly participated to Whisky Festivals as exhibitors including the Chichibu Festival in Japan, The Old & Rare Whisky Show in Scotland, the Finest Whisky Festival in Berlin, Paris Rare Whisky Festival, Beijing Whisky +, Guangdong Whiskjockey, WhiskyLive Taipei and the Hong-Kong Whisky Festival .
We have released close to 70 single casks of Whisky, Rum, Cognac, Armagnac and Calvados.
Our bottlings have a very good reputation among the connoisseurs and are highly rated by specialists. We focus on quality and rare casks over the quantity.
We always try to be a leader in the spirits world. It is the reason why we are not just focusing on whisky and have also bottled these other fine spirits.
Togther with Colheitas, we have been developing the trade and, more specifically, visibility of The Auld Alliance bottlings in bars and restaurants in Singapore. We work with some of the most prestigious restaurants on the island including Michelin Star restaurants Odette (3 stars), Zen (2 stars), and Waku Ghin (2 stars).
Since 2020, we have started to import all our stock in Bonded Warehouse at the Freeport. Since then we are able to export more easily. We have started first to distribute in Japan in partnership with Three Rivers Ltd. You can find our Auld Alliance bottlings in many shops and bars around Japan, in addition to distributors in Mauritius, Australia and Belgium.
